Analysis of theories and principles that explain learning in human being from a multidisciplinary perspective; such as biological, sociology, anthropology, psychology (cognitive, behavioral, humanistic, socio -cognitive, information processing, socio-cultural motivation) and its application to physical education. Evaluation of learning theories and its implications on teaching methods, curriculum development or research on learning physical education. Students are required to use a learning theory to develop a teaching strategy/method (Ed.D.) or a theoretical-conceptual frame for research learning in physical education (Ph.D.).
