Application of the different theories of human relations in the surgical setting. The concepts of personality, ethics, surgical awareness, important in the operating room area are discussed. It emphasizes the development of knowledge and competencies of critical thinking and patient management. This is carried out through group discussions and role play, which allow the student to offer quality care to people undergoing surgery. In addition, communication, ethics and diversity skills are developed.
