This course presents the operational practices used in the management of lodging properties. The theory will be aligned with different problems and solutions, using multidimensional teaching strategies that will encourage the student to develop the skills of customer service, inno vation and technology in the hospitality industry. Emphasis on the classification of hotels and alternative accommodations and the integration of reception, food and beverages, human resources, marketing, accounting, casinos, housekeeper, engineering and s ecurity.
