Catalog description

This course will study probability and statistical concepts and quantitative tools used in financial modeling and decision-making. The students will analyze and evaluate concepts and methods of statistical analysis in decision - making. The study of statistical reasoning will include statistical sampling, probability modeling and statistic al inference, hypothesis testing, regression models use of statistical software, and unified statistical decision criteria. Therefore, this course will cover the Application of key concepts and inferential analysis using software such as Excel ® or SPSS ® and its tools for statistical analysis.
