RESEARCH SEMINAR IN MICRO ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

Catalog description

The main objective of this doctoral seminar is to study the main theoretical perspectives and issues studied in organization and management research from the micro -organizational and meso-organizational level. Through the course students will obtain competences on the evaluation of aspects related to the individual and the group within an organization that can affect the effective functioning of a business. The course stimulates and challenges the student's knowledge and creativity to present and discuss ke y domains that involves researching the way people within organizations think, feel, and act. In addition, students will gain competencies to write research proposals related to the discipline.
