This course takes the student to master the process to be faced by an accused of crime, discusses the constitutional guaranties that cover to all accused. The student is presented with all the stages of the criminal procedures from the preliminary investigation, the legal procedures and the court decisions at the first level. It also covers t he trial, decision and procedures after the sentence is announced.
