USE OF FORCE AND DEFENSE TECHNIQUES

Catalog description

In this course, the students will develop the capacity to respond appropriately and to defend themselves in a scenario that involves an aggressor who tries to cause harm or serious bodily harm, following the principles of reasonable use of force always. Students will first understand the principles of reasonable use of force, then, students will learn defense techniques against unarmed bod ily assaults. Later students will learn to defend himself against attackers armed with handguns or sharp weapons. Finally, students will learn techniques to maintain control of their weapon and regulation equipment against an aggressor who tries to disarm them.
