BIDDING AND CONTRACTING IN PROJECTS

Catalog description

The Bidding and Contracting in Projects course is part of the doctoral curriculum and aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge to understand and apply bidding and contracting processes in projects. The course focuses on key aspects of tenderin g and contracting, including document preparation, bid evaluation, supplier selection and contract management. Students will learn to apply bidding and contracting techniques and tools to real projects, and will be encouraged to develop supplier and contract management skills.
