Catalog description

This course studies the aspects of the integral development of the preschool child and the different curricular approaches, stimulating in the future teacher assistant the basic development of the information skills competencies. Appropriate practices in the implementation of a preschool curriculum are discussed, allowing the student to develop their emotional intelligence competence by considering variables of impact on the socio -emotional development of the preschool child. It includes the development of scientific reasoning competence by investigating the basic aspects in curricula: theoretical frameworks, educational environments, daily routines, planning and evaluation. Finally, the student will apply the systematic evaluation process by writing observations aligned with the goals and indicators of each curriculum, developing their competence in critical thinking and quantitative reasoning.
