This course develops the elementary level study of electrical, magnetic and luminous phenomena and will serve as a basis for the interpretation of the surrounding world and its practical applications. The approach of the course is characterized by being fu ndamentally inductive -deductive. In the analysis of physical phenomena, the qualitative and sometimes, when prudent, the quantitative should prevail.
