Catalog description

This course aims to provide students with the opportunity to conduct an analysis of the critical factors to be considered in the context, evolution and principles of an emergency or disaster event. Through critical thinking and communications, students will be exposed to experiences where cultural competence, equity in access and quality in individual and collective services, as well as analysis and evaluation are applied through key concepts from leadership, decision-making, as well as the center of operations to the strategies to be used according to the type of event presented.
