Catalog description

In this course, students will develop quantitative reasoning competence to determine the properties of substances, equations of state, and thermodynamic relationships; and thus, be able to apply the first and second laws of thermodynamics to the different processes commonly found in industry and in daily life. Students will also use information skills competence to keep up with the latest advances in technology such as energy transformations and renewable energy applications.
