Catalog description

This course is designed to train theorist/researchers, practitioners in the design, redesign and implementation of effective organizations. It will focus on the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of both the social and technical systems of organizations with emphasis on the structural changes necessary to improve and maintain productivity and the quality of work life. The course will bring emphasis on the integration of diverse theoretical perspectives and on gaining competitive advantage from organizational design.
