Catalog description

This course introduces the study of Management and Organizational Theory. The course focuses on the evolution of business management thinking. The course discusses contemporary approaches from both macro and micro approaches which is a critical approach that provides fundamental criteria for the successful development of theories. Through the course, the student will be able to examine organizational research from multiple points of view and methodologically diverse approaches where they will be able to engage and prop ose research topics to current organizational problems.
