INTRODUCTION TO RESEARCH AND INFORMATION LITERACY

This course will examine the fundamental principles of research. Its emphasis is on understanding the methodology that allows the development of a research on a topic of interest and the identification of appropriate sources that allow an effective, legal, and ethical search for information. The course pursues the development of research, communication, technology and critical thinking skills by integrating the responsible use of information.
