The course provides the necessary skills and knowledge to plan, evaluate, and develop the company's human resources. It seeks to provide the tools and knowledge to execute the best practices to evaluate the performance of the work teams of the organizations. During the course we work with various techniques in evaluation, performance measurement, interpretation of results and the identification of trends for the development of human resources in organizations. Through practical exercises, they will develop effective plans and tools to evaluate, analyze and quantify performance. At the end of the course, they will be able to apply strategic management focu sed on the creation of evaluation systems, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, and improvement plans focused on performance. Recognizing the importance of approaching various models such as competency -based assessments, 360 evaluations, performance indicators (KPI) and self-evaluations.
