The International Human Resource (IHR) has formed a vital practice in the life and growth of enterprises. Globalization has forced companies to use new tactics in business matters. This course introduces the student to the field of IHR, mega -tendencies and globalization. We will study the historical evolution of the multinational corporation, as w ell as the current organizational strategies and structures used by many of these corporations. Then, we will identify different parts of national work markets with a view to use them to upgrade IHR viability. Finally, it focuses on the functional aspects of international human resource management.
