Catalog description

Students will have the opportunity to develop core competencies—such as critical thinking, communication, ethics, and appreciation of diversity—by completing a minimum of 450 hours of supervised work in a hospitality business. To ensure alignment with program objectives and maximize the learning experience, each student will follow a customized internship plan approved by the International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts.
