Catalog description

This laboratory course provides the student with the theoretical concepts and practical skills of the different types of existing renewable energy systems. Topics address the principles of operation, selection, and specifications of different types of rene wable energy equipment. The theoretical concepts used for the installation of solar panels, wind turbines, inverters, battery banks and others will be applied. Students will develop competencies in scientific reasoning that are required to optimize the use and operation of photovoltaic and wind systems.
