Catalog description

This course studies the characteristics of relays, contactors, solenoids and other electrical control devices and digital electronics. The stepped plans, design and programming of logic circuits in a PLC are interpreted. Emphasis is placed on the development of knowledge and critical thinking skills that enable the student to identify failures and apply processes to repair programmable control systems used in industry. These skills are developed through le ctures and demonstrations.
