Catalog description

This is an introductory course to provide future educational leaders with theoretical frameworks, skills, and knowledge that will enable them to effectively lead and drive change management. Fundamental concepts of educational management are studied from the perspective of administrative leadership, innovation and strategic planning, human resources, and learning. In addition, related topics such as globalization and decentralization are reviewed, and research is carried out so that the student develops and enriches the humanistic vision in the setting of new ways of teaching and learn in the 21st century. Through this course, the development of competencies is facilitated, at the graduate level, of critical thinking, communication, information skills, technology, and ethics and diversity, through multiple experiences of research, collaborative work, and application in context.
