Study of games as a teaching strategy in preschool education. Multidisciplinary concepts and theories of games and their impact in the physical, motor, intellectual, affective and creative development of the infant and the preschool child, are studied. The course includes a variety of indoor and outdoor games, and fi eld observations EDUC 1440 PRACTICUM 3 CREDITS The Pre -school practice course for Preschool teacher assistant is the most important clinical experience of the program. The course offers the student the opportunity to apply knowledge, skills and attitudes, acquired through their development in our program, in a real educational environment assuming the role of assistant teacher under the supervision of a highly trained staff. The student will practice in an educational preschool in the country that meets the requirements established and regulated by the government. The practice will be from Monday to Thursday for three hours a day until the amount of (100) contact hours is met.
