DENTAL CARE OF PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC DISEASES

Catalog description

This course prepares students to recognize systemic diseases which simultaneously or consequently present symptomatology or pathology in the orofacial complex. It also promotes interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaborations with other medical health providers and dental disciplines for the development of integrated patient care plans that guide the correct handling of dental patient with significant medical backgrounds.
