Catalog description

This introductory course teaches how to install, operate, and maintain a personal computer. Emphasis is placed on the development of critical thinking and technological knowledge and skills that allow the student to install software packages, do preventive main tenance, diagnostic tests, and interconnection with peripherals. These competencies are developed through problem-solving and application exercises.
