Catalog description

This major elective course will provide students with all the necessary tools for the administration, management, and development of relational databases. Students will be exposed to the functions and key tasks required of a database administrator in a production environment. They will also gain hands-on experience in creating and starting up a database, managing data, implementing security and data integrity measures, and granting data access privileges to individual users.
