CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Crew Resource Management. Participants will learn the guidelines for developing, implementing, reinforcing, and assessing Crew Resource Management (CRM) training programs for flight crew members and other personnel essential to flight safety. This course will focus on situational awareness, communication skills, teamwork, task allocation, aeronautical decision management (ADM), and airline’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
