Leaders attempt to create an environment that is appealing by soliciting feedback on what motivates them to stay. This course examines the field of organizational behavior and the various research strategies in areas such as personality, motivation, values, stress, leadership skills, power bases, and communication. It is designed to explore the attitudes and behavior of leaders and employees. The course examines decision-making and risk management techniques incorporating accounting and financial concepts.
