Catalog description
This course was designed for students new to contract law with no prior knowledge of contracts or how the law applies to them. This course will give students a broad overview of the elemental framework of contracts law, including an introduction to and exploration of contract formation as well as contract enforcement. Students will also gain early hands-on experience in contract drafting, and negotiating amendments and remedies. The key concepts of the course are tied together through the use of a long-running factual scenario.
