This course is an advanced study of the methods and practices associated with developing a project schedule with assigned resources. The course begins with the initiating process group and continues through scope, schedule, and resource planning. Students must have access to Microsoft Project®. Course software requirements, including the appropriate versions, are listed under the course materials site.
