Capstone in Health Information Management

Catalog description

Students will examine organizational performance measures and outcomes, strategic management and planning, and the leadership and management competencies associated with success in a healthcare environment. The final project will encompass program competency model and requires students to demonstrate an understanding and application of healthcare management and administration communication skills, critical thinking, and problem solving.(Prerequisite: Students may only take this course after the completion of all CORE courses)
