Catalog description

This course will give an in-depth understanding of the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process. The M&A process involves several stages, from initial planning to post-merger integration. Students will learn about strategic planning, due diligence, valuation and negotiation of target companies, deal structuring, regulatory approval and post-merge integration. Each of these stages will be examined in detail so that the student can understand the entire process and how each stage will build to the next. Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
