Small Business Operations

Catalog description

This course focuses on lean processes associated with owning a business and equips students with modeling skills to help them make better decisions in the operations process. Students evaluate different lean operations in areas such as lean six sigma, quality improvement, value creation, project management, the DMAIC process, pricing strategy, assumption testing, and inventory management. *This course uses spreadsheet software. Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
