Catalog description

This course is intended to address the various legal, tax, and ethical issues that confront individuals and companies in starting up new ventures, either within an existing company or a new start-up company. Students are exposed to the process of buying and/or selling a company, intellectual property, tax implications, and ethical challenges entrepreneurs face. Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
