Catalog description

This course delves into the theories, concepts, and practical application of project management for business professionals and how internal and external environmental factors affect projects that individual students will lead and oversee. Students will analyze project scenarios to determine the best outcomes and what actions to take when the project overruns its budget or schedule. Also, students will examine the future of project management and what technology is available to help the business professional and the project manager. Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
