This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of decision-making processes in business contexts and the balance between theoretical foundations and practical applications in decision making. Through theoretical frameworks, case studies, and practical exercises, students will develop skills in identifying, analyzing, and making effective decisions in complex environments. Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
