This Strategic Management course serves as a culmination of prior business studies where students can integrate all core functional areas of designing a unified business strategy for long-term organizational success. Students explore the strategic management process, including strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategic planning in complex business environments. The course examines competitive advantage, strategic decisions, and strategic thinking through real-world case studies from leading organizations and industries. Students apply management frameworks to develop and evaluate effective strategies, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and ability to make informed decisions as managers and future leaders. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to design and execute innovative strategies that drive organizational growth, adaptability, and sustained performance in today’s dynamic marketplace. (Prerequisites: BUSN600, ECON600, FINC600, and MTKG600) Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
