Catalog description

This course examines the issues and problems confronting business leaders and managers in the international business environment. The focus is strategic management in today’s fast-changing global digital world, in the context of both long-range planning and day-to-day operations. Topics include the global perspective of managing interests of diverse stakeholders; marketing; sustainability; supply chain issues; economic, accounting, and tax considerations; organizational challenges; sustainability; and communications. Students engage in real life case studies and problem-solving culminating in a summative course project. (Prerequisite: FINC600)
