Catalog description

This course is a study of design, planning, execution, control and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance globally. As a principles course, it will introduce these components along with their integration into the supply chain. The impact of technology of supply chain management will be examined and its critical role enabling synchronized logistics.
