Catalog description

In this course, students explore the interaction between leaders, followers, and situations. The course involves the consideration of opportunities and ethical challenges of leadership. Students will also study the different aspects of ethical leading, how to communicate expectations for ethical behavior in the workplace, and how your personal and professional values can guide you to make ethical decisions. Finally, work to develop the ability to recognize competing values within your organization, take disparate value propositions of various stakeholders and integrate them into a coherent strategy.
