The candidate will learn how to apply concepts of student diversity in creating, carrying out and evaluating educational activities. Candidates will consider and learn how to adjust to the varying responsibilities and time requirements associated with the educator's role. Candidates will develop teacher leader skills associated with instructional coaching and teacher evaluation.
