Catalog description

This course explores concepts, issues, and best practices for managing IT operations in modern organizations. Topics include organizational structure, policies, procedures, and risk management. Additional topics may include technology acquisition, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance. Students will have the opportunity to develop operational management plans for a large-scale organization.
