This course examines the principles, knowledge, and practices needed to successfully manage IT projects. Topics include agile methodologies, IT management best practices, processes, and organizational structure. Students will have the ability to analyze IT project management concepts such as agility, budgeting, milestone tracking, project scope, and team roles.
