Capstone-Strategic Management for Healthcare

Catalog description

The course focuses on strategic management including the internal operation and awareness of external influence. The student will apply knowledge garnered from prior courses to enhance discussions and decisions made as part of the course. Students will be expected to analyze situations and develop strategies that address the issues of multiple stake holders while abiding by governing principles of healthcare management derived from this program.
