This course provides an understanding competitive strategy and the theories and models in strategic management. The course focuses on formulating strategies, evaluating strategies, developing strategies, and the implementation of strategies in healthcare organizations. Upon successful completion of this course, students should understand how strategic management is used to help advance healthcare organizations by using strategic management theories, strategic analysis, and business decision making in a constantly changing healthcare setting.
