Catalog description

This course emphasizes how instructional leaders can build and sustain cultures of achievement and accountability to facilitate transformational reform and continuous improvement cycles. Students develop an understanding of accountability standards focused on equitable, data-informed strategies to effectively promote higher levels of achievement and performance in educational and organizational settings.
