This course focuses on strategies to empower teams through customized and creative professional learning experiences. Students will explore principles of collaboration, empowerment, authentic engagement, and use creative skills to conceptualize meaningful interactive learning experiences to help team members shift current practices and attain successful outcomes. Additional learning exercises focus on using data to identify training needs, developing customized professional learning programs, implementing progress monitoring skills and techniques to accelerate learning in a wide range of content areas and accountability measures.
