This foundational course prepares educators to transform teaching and learning through research-informed approaches, innovative frameworks, and strategic change management. Students will analyze current educational challenges, evaluate research-based frameworks for innovation, and develop strategies for leading transformational change in educational settings. The course emphasizes the alignment of instructional practices with organizational vision and goals. Particular attention is given to technology integration, especially AI tools, as catalysts for educational transformation.
