Catalog description

This course explores the intersection of sustainability and business strategy, equipping students with the tools and frameworks necessary to lead organizations toward sustainable growth. Students will examine sustainable business theories, models, and corporate social responsibility frameworks, evaluating their effectiveness in creating economic and societal value. Emphasis is placed on applying sustainable finance, management, operations, and marketing strategies to real-world business scenarios. By the end of the course, students will design a comprehensive sustainable business plan that includes measurable goals, actionable steps, sustainability metrics, and progress monitoring tools, preparing them to drive meaningful impact within their organizations and communities.
