Catalog description

This course examines how leaders create and sustain cultures in which strategic and transparent decision making lead to impactful organizational change and explores a variety of philosophical dispositions and techniques to engage in strategic decision making aligned to an organization’s goals and values. Students evaluate the implications of decisions and actions and obtain insights from stakeholders leading to positive change and increasingly effective outcomes.
