This course examines how student perspectives impact their college experience and how these insights can be utilized to drive positive changes. Student affairs significantly shape the relationship between adult learning and instructional outcomes, depending on the function and service provided. Through the lens of various leadership theories, students will delve into personnel issues, student support, success and retention, and assessment methods that inform decision-making.
